Reunion Dates?

Hello family,

It appears that Angela and I have been nominated to help organize the next family reunion. We are in the process of gathering information right now and need your quick response to this email. The faster we reserve lodging, the better our choices for lodging will be.

Grandma and Grandpa Hutchinson would like to have the next reunion next year in Utah. We've thrown around the idea of having the reunion in Ephraim, Ut. The purpose of this email is to find everyone's preference for the dates of the reunion. We thought that we could have it at about the same time as we did in Nauvoo, or we could have it during the Manti Mormon Miracle Pageant. The two sets of dates that we'd like everyone to vote on are:

Choice #1: June 27-30 (Wed. through Sat., during the pageant)

Choice #2: July 25-28 (Wed. through Sat.)

Please respond as soon as you can and let us know which date choice you would like to have.

Angela is finding places where the majority of us could stay for relatively cheap, but of course, you are welcome to make your own accomodations. Once we have the dates solidified, we will send out the information about the places to stay.

I do not have an email for every person in our family. If you see that I have not emailed someone in the family that you have an email for, could you please forward this to them and then send me their email address so that I can include them in future emails?
